Guilia was a very good communicator. She always answered questions quickly and had great information. We LOVED the bike/olive oil tour we took that she recommended. It was a highlight of our trip through Sensi.The condo was very clean, fairly easy to find and easy to get into. The location too is great for walking to everything in the old city.However, we did have some issues. We were not told about the narrow alley ways and roads that we would need to take to drive our car to the condo or a nearby parking area. You can only drive in the old city during certain hours and the condo is in the old city. And, if you are going to drive, make sure you have a very small car.The condo itself is a multi-level unit. On the main floor where you walk in is the kitchen and a very narrow bathroom. If you are an average height you may not be able to sit on the toiled as it is about a foot from the wall.Up a steep set of steps is the next floor and only a bedroom is on this floor. In order to get to the top floor you need to walk through this bedroom. On the top floor is another bedroom and second bathroom.The condo is fine for one couple, and maybe a couple with one child, but I would not recommend it for 2 couples.
