The Villa is on two levels, on the upper floor there is a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; downstairs there is the second bedroom with another bathroom; availability of two poufs that may be transformed into extra beds if necessary.
Inside you will find all comforts, including air conditioning, TV, utensils and private parking.
Just cross the road to reach the beautiful sandy beach of Capitolo and, a few minutes by car, you may easily reach Monopoli and Polignano.
In addition, Castellana Grotte, Alberobello and Ostuni are only 30 minutes away by car.
