Villa Perledina is a large pink villa prevailing the hill, enjoying spectacular views of the lake and the mountains, and is surrounded by a large landscaped garden with a jacuzzi, a swimming pool and some sun loungers. The ground floor lodge the living area of the house, featuring a large living room with a fireplace, a sofa, a TV, a dining table, a window offering a magnificent view of the lake, and the fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, a coffee machine and a toaster. On the upper floor, guests can find two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. An additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower is located inside a dependance in the garden.
