Overlooking the mountains in Perledo, the elegant “Resort Style Apartment” offers a stunning view of Lake Como. Spread over two floors and family-friendly, it features a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. On request, a cot and high chair are available. Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, children’s games, and a washing machine.
Enjoy a furnished balcony with lake view and a private terrace with barbecue, sheltered from the wind by glass panels. The spacious shared wellness area includes a panoramic outdoor jacuzzi, heated indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and gym—the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. There is also a private furnished garden.
Restaurants and bars are just a few minutes’ drive away; the nearest restaurant is about a 10-minute walk. The “Bau Bau” beach can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Supermarkets and services are close by. Lugano Airport is around a 95-minute drive.

Just as advertised
The apartment (and most importantly, the terrace with its view) looks just like on the photos. The approach road is steep and extremely curvy, but we know we would be rewarded each time. Amenities in the building are great, and the apartment itself offers lots of extras (albeit some with DIY installation that can look a bit haphazard — but it all worked). Responses and advice from the owner were delivered promptly, at all hours, and were extremely helpful. A wonderful place for staying on Lake Como!

A real gem of a property
This is one of those once in a life time stays. This was my first international house rental. The check in and check out process were simple. The house was very clean. The house had a number of amenities including a kitchen with everything that is needed to cook whatever you like. But the part that put those house above any that I have ever stayed at was the breathtaking view. To make it even better, the outdoor table for eight is where we had breakfast and dinner. Just spectacular.
My only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights. If you stay here, I would highly recommend a minimum of 4 nights.
Once we learned the bus schedule, to and from the train station, we really found this to work best for our group of 8 adults and one child.
We look forward to staying here again in the future!
