Casa Ferrari is a historic house in Varenna with an amazing lake view, located a stone's throw from Lake Como. Recently renovated, the ancient style has been deliberately maintained to give a touch of originality both in the architectural style, with the vaulted ceiling of the large living room, and in the furnishing accessories. The house is the right combination of ancient and modern. The large spaces, the marvelous lake views offered by the numerous windows and the central position make it exactly what you would like in Varenna!

Casa Ferrari is arranged over three floors. The living area on the first floor consists of a large living room with decorative fireplace, comfortable sofa beds, a dining table where you can enjoy the excellent Italian cuisine, a small balcony overlooking the lake with a table and chairs to sip a good glass of wine at sunset, a bathroom with tub /shower, sink, bidet and toilet and fully equipped modern kitchen.

On the second floor there is a small study with a table where you can relax reading a book and looking at our lake and a large double bedroom. The "gem" of the house is the third floor, an attic loft with an exposed wooden roof, the ideal place to enjoy the lake view while relaxing on the comfortable sofa beds and admire the colorful sunsets typical of Varenna and Lake Como.

The house has: WIFI, TV, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and everything needed for full use.
