I love living in this area. I only recently moved here and have been really surprised by how much there is to do and how lovely it is. I want to share all this with you. Please do ask me about the area and I will be available if needed for advice, directions and more. I speak French, Dutch, German and Slovene and can understand some other languages. Always happy to practise too. You can contact me in these languages.

Why they chose this property

This house is fitted out as a home and has all home comforts and everything you need. It is centrally located just off the road from Beverley to Hornsea but in a courtyard area so away from road noise and traffic.

What makes this property unique

It is quiet. The garden is gated and safe for your pets or small children and there is a second gate to the roadside. Fortunately not the main road so little traffic passes. However the bus stop is close and you can get a bus to Hornsea, Beverley or Hull. Located only half an hour from the P&O ferry terminal in Hull, so visitors from Netherlands and Belgium are very welcome. Welkom et bienvenue!
