The Bar Lodge is wonderfully comfortable, clean and welcoming. The hosts were helpful in every way. The East Yorkshire area offers many historical and outdoor sites.
We love staying at Bar Lodge, it’s comfortable, cosy and has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Easy parking right outside the door. The area has lots of great places to visit. Hopefully we will be back there soon.
Beautiful, spotlessly clean accommodation, conveniently located, everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend, best accommodation I've ever stayed in. Hope to be back sometime!
We have had multiple stays at this property and we love it. Plenty of places to visit within easy reach.
Very comfortable Bungalow with everything you need to be comfortable 😀 easy parking right outside the door. Will definitely return as soon as we can 😊
Lovely modern clean annex, ideally located to explore Hornsea and the east coast, great communication from the host, second visit, would definitely recommend!
We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Bar Lodge. The property was decorated and furnished to an excellent standard and was the perfect peaceful escape. Would highly recommend. Exceeded our expectations. So nice to not have stairs for a change. Perfect for my elderly Mum too who came with us. The owners, Joanna & Billy, were lovely people & extremely helpful. Would love to return.
Excellent property. Furniture and fittings are of the highest quality and Bar Lodge is well placed for visiting the coast. we enjoyed our visits to Hornsea and Beverley. Could do with a non- slip bathmat for the shower
Highly recommend Bar Lodge for a lovely stay.

We love staying at Long Riston. It’s so comfortable with everything provided for our stay. The beds are so comfy with lovely bed linen . Parking right outside the door is perfect. Nice area for travelling around. Will definitely return
Beautiful two bedroom property for me and my partner whilst we visited family in the area.
Beverley and Hornsea are a short car ride away (a car is needed) and a great base to explore all the other little villages.
The bed in the main bedroom is very soft so be aware but the rest of the property is lovely. Easy communication with host
The lodge was tastefully decorated and well supplied with all essentials. The owners had provided extras such as their own eggs which made us feel very welcome. Long Riston itself is not a very inspiring village so a car is essential for exploring some of the more interesting places locally.
