Lovely family home in the heart of beautiful Beverley. The property is situated in a quiet area close to all amenities. The house is well equipped and spotlessly clean. My friend and I shared the whole property for a weekend … this was our third time of staying! There’s a lovely private garden area too. Though there is private parking at the property it is quite tight … I found it easier to reverse in but I only have a medium sized car but if you have any problems with it just contact the owner, before your visit, and she will arrange a parking permit to enable you to park further down the road. Will definitely stay again.

We love this house and have stayed several times.It is equipped with everything you need and a bathroom on each floor is very handy ! The location in central Beverly is perfect and parking is a real bonus.

Lovely house, great location

The house had everything we needed and the small courtyard had sun for most of the day. Parking availability was a bonus! The location was great for easy walking access to the town and local pubs and restaurants.

This is a great house and has everything you will need for your stay. Restaurants , pubs and shops right on the doorstep. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Beverley, main reason was the location of Sara's property it was in the perfect location for walking around Beverley and so close to the market square and all amenities, restaurants etc. The house was perfect for our needs and i would certainly reccommend it to anyone who wants to spend some time in Beverley.

Ideal location, great stay

This location worked well for us as we were in and out to lots of concerts. We squeezed the car into the car port and went everywhere on foot. The house is well equipped and comfortable and Sarah was a very helpful host.

A quiet and peaceful base near town centre.

9 Tiger Lane was the ideal base for a few days. So near the middle of Beverley yet very quiet with birds nesting in the little garden. A great space, very comfortable and with all we needed for our visit.

Very nice stay

We were returning guests and once again we enjoyed a very comfortable stay, the house is in a quiet area, at walking distance of everything and just behind the Westwood pasture for a run. Sara was very nice and helpful in answering my questions

Lovely Townhouse

Second time for us at this lovely townhouse just minutes from the centre of Beverley. Superb location and can't fault the house. Parking is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle but we were in a Mini so no problem!

Excellent modern townhouse in very easy reach of all the amenities.House is very clean and well presented with all the necessary appliances and utensils.Parking at the property- the carport is okay for a small car, but I parked my SUV in the garage. My husband and I bought No.9 Tiger Lane approximately one year ago and spent time refurbishing the property to create a modern yet comfortable base for guests to enjoy. We have lived in a nearby village for many years so know Beverley well and what it has to offer. We were attracted to the central location of the property as it offers guests the opportunity to enjoy Beverley's attractions and amenities - especially the many places to dine - without always having to use the car.

Why they chose this property

The property is so convenient for all that Beverley has to offer, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The picturesque pastures of the Beverley Westwood are right on the doorstep for picnics or evening strolls. If you want a day without the car, it's easy to hop on a bus or a train to the coast or visit the attractions of York, Leeds or Harrogate. Hull is only 15 minutes away by train where you can visit the art gallery, its many free museums or The Deep - one of the world's most spectacular aquariums.

What makes this property unique

The central location of 9 Tiger Lane allows guests to enjoy its many cafes, bars and restaurants without having to use a car as all are within walking distance. Although lying in the heart of the Georgian Quarter of Beverley, Tiger Lane is tucked away off North Bar Within, so enjoys peace and quiet, with the picturesque pastures of the Beverley Westwood also within a few minutes stroll away from the front door.
