Spacious 3 bedroom townhouse, double, twin and kids bed

This is a spacious three bedroom Townhouse situated in Beverley (although the 3rd bedroom only has a kids shorty cabin bed). The house has been renovated in February 2022 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is free parking on site plus ample off street parking. The location of the house is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 10 minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema etc.
The space
The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, the main double bedroom, twin room, and 3rd bedroom with kids cabin bed (not suitable for an adult) and a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided. The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people but 8 as a push and a double sofa bed. The lounge area comprises of a sofa , coffee tables & 43″ smart TV access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video and other catchup services. Subscription needed. The house also includes washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, mop and various cleaning resources. Super fast fibre optic broadband is available for the duration of your stay. 400mb/s.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books. Hair dryer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Private off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no smoking.
The local shops and amenities are minutes away by foot.
12 minutes walk from Beverley center.
10 minutes walk from Shopping complex; including cinema, restaurants and bars.
1 minute walk to a newsagents, bakery & fish and chip shop.
3 minute walk to nearest pub. The Game Bird.
5 minute walk to an Aldi supermarket.
8 minute walk to Train Station.
15 minute walk to Bus Station.

This is actually a 3 bedroom house however the small room is only for a child as it has a shorty cabin bed. You must inform us if you would like this bed making up.
