Central Beverley

The flat is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It is in a central location which is ideal for exploring Beverley. There are many restaurants nearby offering a variety of cuisines. We had a lovely time there and will stay there again.

Great location

The property was very good on the whole, however it was a little cold because of the age of it (no double glazing allowed) and the access stairs were open to the coldness of the outside downstairs porch (would be greatly improved with the addition of a door at the bottom of the stairs) which would cut right down on the cost of heating, the back double room was very quiet at night, whereas the single front room was plagued by extreme noise from the street nightlife and pedestrians until 4.00am (no sleep to be had although it was Saturday night) the daughter of the landlady working in the shop below was extremely helpful when it came to parking the car although finding a resident space was not easy

Clean, Well equipped - excellent location

Compact but equipped with everything needed for a few days stay. Parking was initially a bit of a challenge but we soon figured it out. Well located for a range of shops and restaurants.

What a fabulous little gem in the heart of Beverly, everything we needed and more! 💕

Excellent location

Our stay at the apartment was so convenient for visiting family in Beverley. Just a couple of minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartment was very cold when we arrived but following the instructions to get the heating up was very informative. We did have a bit of a problem with the signal to the tv in the lounge but wiggling the cable, as instructed, corrected it each time. Simon and Sami have a beautiful clean property and communication with them was excellent.

Our weekend in Beverley

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful property. The only problems we had was the house was cold on arrival and the front bedroom bed was uncomfortable. But the rest of the house was tastefully decorated.

A new bed is ordered for the new year in the front bedroom - it was noticed on changeover that the slats had bent which may be a bit uncomfortable! Again apologies! Beautifully renovated character flat, equipped with all that is needed for a lovely relaxing stay. Ideally suited within a minute of central Beverley town/market square, and yet in a quiet location. Really attentive hosts who were easily contactable and responsive regarding key arrangements etc, Thank you Sami & Simon!

Home from Home

Excellent location in the centre of town. Plenty of places to park as indicated by the owners. Very tastefully decorated and looked brand new. Couldn't have wished for anything more and given travel restrictions as they stand and the likelihood of more to come therefore putting hotels out of bounds, i think we'll be back.

Fab find!

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Fabulous smelling linen & towels. Lovely extras like very expensive hand wash in the bathroom & diffusers dotted about & an appreciated welcome of wine & milk. Owner easy to deal with especially as they have the boutique below the apartment. Thanks for a great stay, we’ll be back for sure.
