In the middle of the Scanian landscape , here you get the opportunity to live on a farm. Here you have a residential part that was completed in 2023. Here everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail. It's so incredibly beautiful and craftsmanship is done with precision. You live with a beautiful view of the fields and have a lovely patio to read a good book, sunbathe or grill the evening's catch from the sea. It is also possible to buy fish from the well-known Kåseberga. The house consists of an open living area on the lower level where you can easily be the whole party and just hang out. Cook a good dinner, sit and play games. Even on those days when the weather is against you, here is very beautiful. There is also a comfortable sofa bed down here. In addition, there are bathrooms here that are large and incredibly well planned, where you also put in a combined washer and dryer. On the upper level there are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with the option to have it as a double bed or two single beds. This is a perfect place for those who want to get away for a few nights to weeks. The location is perfect down on Österlen where you are close to a lot. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderups strandbad and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very talked about Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Happy to also take a visit to the Old Bakery – Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik at Österlen and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ales stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children, there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
