On the ground floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, an independent toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as a spacious open-plan lounge-dining room opening onto a beautiful covered terrace with direct access to the private swimming pool.



The upper floor, independently accessible from outside, comprises two additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large terrace with an unobstructed view of the canal and the swimming pool.



The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and Wi-Fi. Located in a quiet and sought-after residential area of Empuriabrava, it is only 10 minutes from La Rubina beach.

Wir waren mit der Familie angereist. Das Objekt war von Ausstattung und Lage sehr schön. Auch das ein großzügiger abschließbarer Parkplatz sich auf dem Gelände befindet, war von großem Vorteil. Wir würden die Immobilie jederzeit wieder mieten.
