This 180m2 villa on 2 floors can accommodate 10 people who will live in complete independence thanks to the 4 suites each equipped with bathrooms, plus a children's room. The outdoor living area with swimming pool faces south with a 12.5 m mooring on a large canal.

Nice house with an ok location. 3 out of 5 air conditioning worked so we couldn't use one of the bedrooms. Was not fixed until the last night so this was a problem for us which means we will not return to this house.

Hors de prix compte tenu des prestations mediocres

Habitué a louer chaque annee a empuriabrava, la maison a des prestations bas gamme, pas de clim fonctionnelle, pas de portes aux toilettes et aux douches, wifi nul, chambres minuscules, meme pas de quoi poser une valise. Vacances gâchées, ca ne vaux pas plus de 2500€ la semaine.

Fantastische locatie aan de kanalen van Empuriabrava. Aangenaam privé-zwembad met ligzetels en lounge (wel wat bevlekt). Mooie buitenmeubelen (tafel en servies). Binneninrichting volledig zoals op foto's: niets op aan te merken. Heel fris, nieuw, ... alleen is alles van Ikea, waardoor de kwaliteit van sommige toestellen iets minder is. Maar gelukkig is er Olivier, die bij de kleinste vraag steeds onmiddellijk ons ter hulp kwam. Er is plaats om 3 wagens te plaatsen achter de omheining. Maar bovenal is vooral de locatie een kanjer: een volledig gerenoveerd huis met veel buitenruimte en zwembad aan de kanalen! Wat heb je nog meer nodig! Zalig!

Séjour inoubliable ! Nous avons passe une semaine en famille et avons reçu des amis . La maison est magnifique et à fait l unanimité , très bien entretenue , propre , plaisante , joliment décorée , très agréable à vivre . L espace de vie est vaste adapté pour 10 personnes voire plus . Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse et avons fait des barbecue tous les midi du 27 decembre au 3 janvier !! Nous avons beaucoup apprécie la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur réactivité quand nous avons eu qq soucis logistiques . Ils ont été très reactifs et bienveillants . Je recommande cette maison +++ Les activites ne manquent pas , bateau, excursions , karting , baptême de l air en indoor...des souvenirs plein la tête un superbe moment à partager

Villa magnifique, excellentes prestations. La villa est très spacieuse, literie très confortable, salles de bain impeccables. Piscine au top. Seul petit point « négatif », pour 10 personnes le frigo est un petit peu petit, un second ne serait pas de refus. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Tolles modernes Haus, wir konnten unseren Urlaub hier richtig genießen

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ziemlich zentral. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca 5-7 min. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool sticht sofort ins Auge. An einem Tag hatten wir einen Stromausfall da kann der Vermieter aber nichts dafür. Zusammengefasst war das ein toller Urlaub und wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
