Enjoying Costa Rica

Overall.. it was a beautiful “tree house” views of trees, lots of wild life, birds, etc. Pool was awesome, Suggestions… clarify the amount of stairs, & that the washer and dryer is only accessible on Tuesdays & fridays with the cleaning staff. Would absolutely recommend this VBRO

Beautiful house

My family of four stayed at this house for 9 days in August/September. The house was absolutely beautiful and was stocked with appliances and amenities to make our stay super comfortable. The property management company was responsive and helpful. The pool area felt like our very own resort, and the gate and night time security guard made us feel safe the whole time. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived and had food from the grocery in the kitchen. We had a tour/greeting from the house manager. The house was cleaned twice and they did our laundry. The night guard was very pleasant, and the pool and grounds very well attended to kept up. We would come back.

very nice property with ocean view from top deck and large pool and bar area. clean and everything in the kitchen as needed. Private gate entrance and quieter K section of Guiones. I would say if you are traveling with another couple then somebody gets lucky and sleeps in the king bed and private suite with the stairs to top deck. Other two bedrooms are on main floor were small with double beds. otherwise a great spot

Great house overall!

We booked this house for our spring break trip as a family with some of our friends visiting as well for a few days. This house fit us perfectly and it’s a great place to stay. It’s nicely stocked with kitchen ware and beach towels. The location is great. We had a car, but we also walked to Playa Guiones a few times, easy enough. We used the grill a couple of times and the pool as well, which was a great amenity. Loved seeing the family of Costa Rican lemurs drinking from the pool every day! My only item of note for future guests is the home is listed with washer and dryer. There is one in the building, but only the housekeeper is allowed to use it, she was there Tuesday and Friday I believe it was. We left our laundry with her a few times and got it back same day, but I always prefer to be able to do laundry on my own whenever we need it. Not a big deal, but something to note.
