Beautiful large self contained studio

Our wonderful studio building consists of 9 recently refurbished studios based in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. We are ideally placed to receive both leisure and business guests all year round.
Our location is one of our best features as we are situated on the main high street in Royal Leamington Spa, offering immediate access to restaurants, cafes and independent shops.
The accommodation has been refurbished in January 2023 and we welcome pets in selected rooms.
All accommodation has central heating and a kitchen area if guests prefer to cook for themselves. Rooms have large Georgian windows allowing an abundance of natural light and fresh air.

Comfortable short stay apartment

Comfortable studio apartment, centrally located in Leamington, appropriately set up for short-stay. Good shower. Quiet. Stair access might potentially be an issue for some guests

The room was NOT beautiful, it was very noisy, did not have a suitable toilet space as the only shelf in the minature bathroom stopped you brushing your teeth over the handbasin. Skimpy signage on the dirty stairs had you guessing where the rooms were. One chair, and one stool is insufficient. Bedside plug had NO power etc etc. Cupboards were minimal in kitchen, the bench of which was 8inches deep. No wardrobe, very exaggerated description online.....

Great location in Royal Leamington Spa!

The room was in a great location in the city and was visibly clean! The room had a stale air smell when we arrived. The window would not stay open and there wasn't a great way to ventilate the room and get fresh air or air movement though. Our booking was for two people, but we were only given one bath towel. For the price for the night, would have expected to at least have access to the proper amount of towels for the night.
