The fully-equipped kitchen is kitted out with high-spec Miele appliances and a quartz worktop with additional breakfast bar seating. There is also a guest bathroom on this floor, as well as some outside space.

Taking the staircase downstairs, this is where all 3 bedrooms and the outdoor atrium garden are located. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with majestic Monaco frameless glass, 4k HD TVs, and excellent wardrobe space.

The master bedroom has a secondary walk-in wardrobe, a work desk, additional indoor seating, and a small outdoor space equipped with garden furniture.

Lincoln’s Inn is perfectly placed in the cultural centre of this magnificent city of London, undoubtedly one of the capitals finest addresses and garden squares. The building is on the West side of the square, overlooking magnificent trees, some tennis courts, well maintained lawns and a restaurant, but also affording itself a feeling of complete privacy and exclusivity.

This apartment is only a 2 minute walk to Holborn underground station, providing quick and easy access to the wider delights of the capital.

Other Things to Note:
There is a short number of steps to access this duplex apartment from street level. Bedrooms are accessible via stairs inside the apartment, One WC is available on the entrance level.

In-built air conditioning is available in this property. WiFi is available in this property, however due to the age of the building speeds are restricted.

Pets are permitted at this property on request for an additional fee of £60 per week. Housekeeping will take place weekly for guests staying 14 nights or longer. Additional cleaning and/or linen changes on request are available for a fee. Please speak to the team to arrange this.

Family trip to London
So we booked a weeklong stay to London and wanted to be close to Covent Garden. This was a short walk. The location is great, very close to the tube station, quiet neighborhood, safe. Lots of good coffee shops close and a grocery store. The apartment is spacious. It wasn't super clean. I shared pics with them of the carpets in the bedrooms downstairs. Wifi is very slow and inconsistent (my wife worked during our trip). The kitchen was not stocked at all as they didn't leave much there so get your own paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, sponge to clean dishes, laundry soap. There were some dishwasher pods there. The apartment had some issues during our stay with error messages on the dryer and the dishwasher and one toilet that didn't want to flush. Was frustrated by inflexibility on check in / check out times (even with me booking an extra day to get in there earlier after an overnight flight). Also they don't take payment thru VRBO so we had to go to the bank to wire money (a bit of a pain) Over all...ok, but not great.
