About this property
2-Bedroom Harry Potter-Inspired House • Sleeps 6
Summary:
A magical 2-bedroom house on Goodwin's Court — the cobbled Covent Garden passage famously linked to Harry Potter for its likeness to Diagon Alley. Set across four characterful floors with two double bedrooms, two walk-in shower rooms, a family WC, a sofa bed and playful wizarding touches throughout. Theatres, Soho and the West End are all on your doorstep. Sleeps up to 6.
The Space:
IMPORTANT: There are current construction works nearby, scheduled to be completed around mid-October.
Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 UK Time
THE SPACE: A characterful Harry Potter–inspired townhouse on historic Goodwin's Court — approx. 71 sqm / 763 sqft set across four floors in the heart of Covent Garden. No lift; the split-level layout is part of the home's charm.
LIVING AREA: A sociable reception anchored by a comfortable sofa bed and two green velvet armchairs around a decorative fireplace. Smart TV, a striking botanical wall mural, and the home's signature wizarding details — a Hogwarts Express 9¾ sign, a Triwizard wand display, and Diagon Alley signage by the staircase. The kind of room that earns a double-take the moment guests walk in.
BEDROOM ONE: A calm double with a green velvet headboard, built-in alcove shelving, a dresser with round gold mirror, and a wall-mounted TV. Hotel-quality linen throughout.
BEDROOM TWO: A second double on its own floor, with a charcoal velvet headboard, fitted wardrobe, a sculptural circular pendant light, and alcove shelving — bedrooms on separate levels for genuine privacy.
BATHROOMS: Two modern shower rooms with white metro tiling and backlit mirrors — one in soft blush, one in deep navy — each with a glass walk-in shower.
KITCHEN: Full kitchen-diner with grey shaker cabinetry, induction hob, oven, extractor and fridge, plus a SMEG kettle and toaster. A round marble dining table seats six, set over a heritage encaustic-tiled floor.

This was a wonderful stay and experience for our family! The only hiccup was not receiving the check-in code via email the day of. But that was solved in seconds with a quick phone call. The flat was wonderful. Kitchen and laundry (with toilet) in basement level, family room on ground floor, and a bedroom with full bath on each of the upper floors (4 levels total). Location is fabulous, near both Leicester Square and Covent Garden, and a short walk from Piccadilly Circus. The area is touristy (with many theaters and restaurants nearby) but we knew and wanted that. Outstanding stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible Harry Potter–themed rental in London! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how creative and thoughtfully put together the space was. The themed touches made it such a unique and memorable place to stay. The four story apartment was spotless and extremely well maintained. It had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location couldn’t have been better — safe, central, and close to everything. We were within easy reach of major attractions, great restaurants, a grocery store, and even a nearby LuggageHero location, which made our early arrival day so easy.Communication was fantastic from start to finish. The host was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. If you’re visiting London and want somewhere special to stay, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Truly a magical experience!
Location of this place is awesome, excellent food, drink and, breakfast near by. Walking close to three Underground stations and lots of busses. Close to great shopping. Close to the Thames. Tastefully remodeled. The only thing is that the alley is a spot on walking tours so sometimes you get back or come out and they'll be a dozen people standing there gawking at your door. Which is a bit awkward (all the Harry Potter fans that visit are a bit much). But all easily overlooked based on how nice the place is and its location. The place is over 300 years old. When is the last time you spent the night an a place that old. How cool is that.
