This Convent Garden apartment is the perfect location, Restaurants, shows, shopping right here. Tube stations 4 minutes walk. Will was great, he met us at the property, made sure we understood how to use everything and stayed in touch with us during our stay. Highly recommend this property

Great location, great host!

Will was such a great host. He made sure we got checked in and had treats waiting on us. We had everything we needed in the beautiful apartment and it was in a fantastic location. He was very prompt to respond when there was a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommended

Family of four with 2x teenage boys. Great location, super clean and up-to-date. 3 bathrooms are a big plus. Full kitchen made breakfast and lunch in-house very efficient. Will, the manager, is as helpful and kind as you find. He set up our airport transport for us—cost-effective, very comfortable and waaaay less of a hassle than the train. Bar in alley below the apartment is pretty loud until about 11pm. It’s also a really good bar, though! Cask beer and decent food is only a 3 minute walk. Stores of every type are 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again—thumbs up from the whole family.

Exceptional location and communication

We just loved the location of this flat - the proximity to Covent Garden, multiple options for transportation, restaurants, groceries, and other resources was better than we could have imagined. Our host, Will, was promptly and thoroughly communicative. We especially appreciated arriving to find fruit, tea, juice, and other snacks. Having a washer/dryer in the flat was very helpful, even though, as Americans, we had to manage our expectations as to how quickly our clothes would dry in a combo unit. The only caution we would offer is to those who are light sleepers or who go to bed early. The flat overlooks an alley, which makes the space outside the windows a bit of an echo chamber. In addition, the flat is almost right above a pub, whose patrons congregate in the alley, so the volume can be quite loud. The late-night disposal of rubbish - including many, many bottles - added to the din. Other than that, it was a great place to enjoy a holiday in London during a very festive season.
