Very welcoming staff greeted us after our long flight pointing out all of the amenities. The best location if you want to be close to shopping, dining, as well as everything. We really enjoyed the cozy and comfortable spaciousness and hope to return soon!
The location of the apartment is great for shopping and access to tube stations. It is also close to many walkable restaurants . The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped . Thanks for a lovely Christmas stay in London!
Our stay was excellent! The location is awesome- close to many iconic places shops and restaurants. The apartment was super clean and is super comfortable for a family. the manager was extremely responsive and helpful at all times. We had a great time and fully recommend.
I had a great stay at this flat! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, with great local spots nearby. Check-in was smooth, and Charlie - the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the flat that made it feel like home. I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
We overall had a good stay. The location is superb! Check in was wonderful, they even gave us an early check-in which was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment is overall in good condition. We had a few small issues the first day (heat wasn't working, drain of shower wasn't draining), but management was contacted and they fixed it immediately, which was appreciated.There are some areas that need fixing (stains on carpet, lots of scratches on walls and such). The owner should improve these small issues and it would have made the stay even better as the stains on the carpet are a little bit gross.One other small thing that those staying should know: you can hear/feel the vibration and noise of the Tube (subway) while in this apartment. We got used it quickly but it is definitely noticeable.
The carpets in both bedrooms had stains on them. The master bath had a non-functioning show. The lift did not work the for our entire stay. There was no directions on how to operate anything in the unit. During our brief walk-though we were asked to lie about our stay.
