Stunning Ground Floor Apartment

Stunning ground floor apartment in a prime location in phase 3, close to all amenities and access to 19 swimming pools throughout the resort, one of which is directly opposite the apartment.

Hacienda Riquelme is a tranquil haven for those wanting to relax or enjoy a spot of golf on the cleverly structured Nicklaus Design 18-hole, par 72 links-styled parkland golf course with no two holes the same.

Within the resort there are numerous (free to access) leisure facilities which include, 2 hardcourt tennis courts built to professional standards, 2 paddle courts, 2 Pétanque lanes in the resorts sports area and a multi sports area, great for playing football and basketball, as well as an outdoor gym and imaginative designed children play areas.
There are numerous local beaches within a 20-minute drive. There are 2 airports servicing the area, Murcia international (Corvera)- 20 minutes and Alicante – 1 hour

Our apartment is located just a short 3-minute walk from the Spa supermarket and El-Cason bar and restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of dishes or a refreshing cocktail.

A stay very pleasant

Everything perfect according to our needs. Apartment very clean, comfortable, and with a simple and pleasant decoration. It is great to be able to go easily to the large swimming pool through the garden gate. The only drawback, the single mattresses are not comfortable at all, too soft, but the one on the double bed is very good.

Great base to explore

Apartment was exactly as described. Very well equipped, wasn’t really much if at all we needed. Clean throughout. Both property owner and manger were very helpful and communicative, couldn’t fault at all. One thing to note, we would recommend guests to hire a car as the resort only has one restaurant on site and beaches are all at least 20 minutes drive away. There is a Spar on site which is well stocked

Muy recomendable casa en planta baja.

La vivienda es como se ve en el anuncio. Terraza fresca, con el jardín comunitario con bastantes sombras al lado y la piscina frente a la casa. El interior muy bien equipado para el verano y el invierno, con calefacción, aire acondicionado en las estancias y buenos ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. Con accesorios para piscina y terraza. Aseo renovado y cocina con suficientes armarios comparada con otras casas del complejo. Quizás falte alguna sartén u olla más grande y las camas de la habitación infantil están bien para niños pequeños. En definitiva: MUY RECOMENDABLE
