Tourism accommodation
Perfect location, close to tourist attractions, gastronomic district.
Apartment is a good size for 4 adults, 1 bathroom.
Air conditioning, beds, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer in good working order.
Internet with good speed. The TV had no internet connection, so it was only possible to access TV channels in Italian. According to the owner, the cable was damaged and the cable was not replaced.
There was no microwave oven. When the owner was questioned, he informed that it was the equipment that was on the bench. For us it was a small electric oven and not a microwave oven.
Kitchen equipment is very simple, for students.
Precarious household items.
Unfortunately, there was no broom and the vacuum cleaner was broken.
The refrigerator and freezer had excess ice, I conclude that it was not cleaned for our stay.
Several damaged kitchen utensils: cutting board, salad bowl, blunt knives, damaged wooden spoon, large cups (for coffee), plastic placemats in no condition to use.
Bath, adapted equipment, without good sealing. Bathing for 3 adults left the entire floor wet, having to dry.
Overall it is a good apartment.
I ask Leonardo to improve the kitchen equipment, it was much lower than expected.
