ZIP & LINK BEDS - Multi bed configuration at guest request before check in with zip and link beds that provide for 1 King or 2 Single bed options in both rooms, depending on your comfort requirements. Fresh linens and essentials are provided for each guest stay. Great for Contractor professionals or family bookings in need of specific bed requirements.

The property has FREE ON STREET PARKING. There is a weekday residents parking restriction 9.30-10.30am for just 1 hour only in the morning, with alternative free street parking 5 minutes walk away. Weekends are entirely free with no restriction. All details and instructions provided upon booking.

Returned to The Avenue for a second time, for a family event. Everything was once again perfect. Ariyan was available for any problems with good communication through out. Many thanks for a fantastic stay. We hope to return again soon.

Not as Depicted

The “villa” was extremely disappointing. We only stayed one night. It was very shabby and dark. Not as depicted. The outside door needed paint, a toilet seat would not stay up, opening the refrigerator hit a cabinet, the stairs were EXTREMELY steep, almost to the point of being unsafe. The garden was full of junk.
