A really lovely Victoria sea view villa in a perfect position in Walton on the Naze. Recently refurbished to a high standard with a fabulous kitchen and dining room leading to a courtyard. Walking distance to station, shops, restaurant, beach and pier as well as local indoor pool. Lovely linens and towels parking available opposite or at two car parks within 150-200 metres. Unrivalled position with fabulous sea views.

Great location, beautiful house ...

I stayed with my three granddaughter's. It was a special treat for us, for a special birthday. Good sea views and lots of nice coastal walks just across the road. The house is lovely, but be prepared to leave with taught calf muscles - there are a lot of stairs! There is a car park behind where you can park all day if you can't find a free roadside space, but I only used it once. I managed to find three roadside spaces. This is a very good location for the pier, and only 5 mins walk into town. Tesco and Co-op in town, M&S and Aldi 10 mins walk inland. Railway station close by, although we didn't use it. There's a good assortment of cafe's in town. I was concerned it may be noisy, but it wasn’t. An ideal house for a large family, or two smaller families. The owner is very good at communicating and answering any queries. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
