Located in a privileged position, in the heart of the Spanish quarters, the vibrant soul of the city. You will be surrounded by the best pizzerias and restaurants and will allow you to explore the city on foot, immersed in the popular warmth that characterizes Naples.
The property is located on the fourth floor without lift of a building typical of the Spanish quarters and consists of two studios and a two-room flat, each one has all the comforts, such as private bathroom, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and wifi . Studios 1 is equipped with a double bed only for an occupation of two people, Studios 3 is composed of a double bed and a sofa bed for an occupation of 4 people, the Flat is composed of two rooms, a kitchen with a sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed. It will be possible to stay in one of the three solutions or, if available, book the entire structure.
This is an ideal accommodation for those who want to fully experience all the nuances of the city, without sacrificing comfort.
December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 6 p.m. . City Tax: € 5,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights

Great for a group trip

For a big group in Napoli, this is a nice place, provided you rent out all 3 rooms. The rooms are nicely furnished and you can cook whatever you like in the kitchen, although it is Napoli so you should eat out. The rooms were clean, though the futon wasn't ready to use so we had to clean that ourselves with some new sheets. It was just dusty though, not an issue really. All in all, would not hesitate to book again!
