Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with pool & hot tub within the Indian Palms Country Club gated community. Master bedroom features queen size bed with walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity bathroom walk-in shower and jetted tub and private patio. 2nd bedroom features queen size bed, adjacent bathroom. 3rd bedroom ideal for guests and features queen sized bed, and separate sleeping alcove with twin & single bunk beds. Kitchen features granite countertops, gas appliances and open floor plan to dining & living areas. Dining table easily seats 8 and living room features 65" TV and views to back patio pool, hot tub and golf course.
Outdoor area is spacious with private patio & fountain on West side of the home, in-ground pool & spa on the North side of home and outdoor dining, firepit & BBQ area to the East side of home.
The home is within the gated community of Indian Palms Country Club and walking distance to the Coachella & Stage Coach concert venues.

What a wonderful place, thank you Jeff! Your home had everything we needed and more! Fully stocked kitchen, hot tub and pool, roomy living room with lots of seating, big table for games, comfortable beds, and a huge TV! Easy access to the home and communication ...10 stars! This trip was absolutely fantastic. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The instructions on how to access the property, how to use the amenities and what was expected were clear, concise, and thoughtful. The property itself is well appointed and comfortable; we loved being able to use the hot tub and it served as a great home base while we were back and forth to the tournament. Special shout out to Jeff, our host. He made extra effort to be accommodating and helpful to us during our stay, and it was appreciated by all of us very much. We hope to stay again!

Stagecoach stop... :)

Jeff & Kim's home was beautiful and well- equipped for our short stay. The host was also very attentive and accommodating. We spent most of our time at the nearby Stagecoach festival, but the hot tub was a pure delight every night after all the walking we did during the day. It was within walking distance of the festival grounds, but we did see the locals with golfcarts offering rides to the gate for a minimal fee for those who wanted them. Thank you for everything!!

Great time away

Jeff and Kim's home is one of the best homes at which we have stayed over the years. The house is well designed and very comfortable. It is also very well supplied. The owners could not have been more helpful. Texts and emails were answered promptly and all efforts were made to make our stay pleasant. It was a great time away thanks to this lovely home and their owners.

Wonderful house in a great location!

We stayed with Jeff for a music festival at the empire polo club. The house is located in a near by golf club which made it extremely easy to walk to and from the festival. The house is equipped with everything you need and has great views of the golf course and the mountains from the pool/hot tub. Jeff was super responsive and ready to help us with anything we needed. We had a great time staying with him.
