Schönes Apartment im Grünen

Einer unserer besten Urlaube! Die Apartments in Annas Garten sind wunderbar: geräumig, sauber, alles da. Man konnte im Grünen unter dem Sonnenschirm sitzen. Strand und Ort etwas abgelegen, dafür Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Gerne immer wieder!

Spent a fantastic week here

My family and I spent a wonderful week on Ischia and we couldn't have found a better place to stay than here. The entire apartment is clean and has been renovated with modern furniture and amenities. There are three spacious bedrooms and two full bathroom with showers. There are three AC units in this apartment, so you never have to worry about the heat. We never had a problem with hot water even when the two showers were both being used at the same time. The kitchen is large and well equipped and there are two lounging areas outside where you can relax in the sun or the cool of the evening. The apartment is just around the corner from a main street where you can hail a cab or get a bus. A 15 minute walk gets you to a great public beach or to many restaurants and stores. The local Dok supermarket will even deliver groceries to your apartment for free when you buy over 30 Euros, which is great when it's hot out. All in all, this was an amazing stay and Anna is a great host and we all look forward to staying here again very soon. -- Frank

Come a casa...però in vacanza!

Come a casa, ovvero un appartamento con tutti i comfort, grande e ottimamente arredato, da poco ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Perfetto con due bimbi piccoli a seguito...Annamaria, la proprietaria, è molto disponibile, discreta, gentile e simpatica. L'appartamento è ubicato nella parte alta di Forio, posizione strategica per poter visitare l'isola sia con i mezzi pubblici che con la propria automobile. La sera attraverso una piccola stradina interna è possibile arrivare al centro a piedi. Il centro di Forio è molto carino...da vedere assolutamente la Chiesa del Soccorso, con una bellissima e suggestiva terrazza sul mare, ovviamente ci sono bar, negozietti e ottimi ristoranti. Nelle vicinanze della casa c'è una piccola pizzeria da asporto che fa anche consegne a domicilio, direi molto comodo e la pizza è abbastanza buona, i prezzi sono contenuti. Ischia non ha bisogno di recensioni, è un posto che amo particolarmente, Forio è deliziosa, sicuramente ritornerò da Annamaria!

Erholung auf Ischia

Mein Mann und ich haben den Aufenthalt auf Ischia und bei Anna sehr genossen. Das Appartment war neu renoviert, sehr geräumig und toll ausgestattet. Auch der Garten, den man mitbenutzen konnte und in dem Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung standen, bot genug Platz und Ruhe zur Erholung. Anna ist eine sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Il relax fatto casa ☺️

Abbiamo alloggiato il weekend di ferragosto nella villetta Lucia, eravamo in 8 e siamo state divinamente. Una casa molto pulita e confortevole, ben posizionata, proprio al centro di Forio. Fuori casa c'è tutto: fermata dei bus, supermercato, farmacia, spiagge, tutto ciò che serve per necessità primarie. Poi, disponibilità, gentilezza e cortesia dell'adorabile padrona di casa. La consiglio a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza rilassante e Tranquilla, e da rifare sicuramente. 😄😄

Tutto perfetto

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia per due notti la casa l'ho trovata pulita ordinata e comoda la posizione è ottimale vicino alla fermata del bus 50 mt. e a circa 500 metri dall'inizio del centro abitato con negozi e ristoranti di ogni sorta la signora Anna è stata molto affettuosa e presente ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare l'isola sicuramente da tornarci!!

Urlaub bei Annamaria

Die Ferienwohnung lag mitten in Forio, zum Bus ca. 3 Minuten ins Zentrum ca.10 Minuten(zu Fuß). Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Küche, ein geräumiges Bad und ein komfortables Schlafzimmer. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Räumlichkeiten waren, entgegen den Angaben im Inserat, für unsere Bedürfnisse und der Witterung entsprechend möbliert worden. Dafür wollen wir uns nochmal ganz herzlich bei Annamaria und Guiseppe bedanken. Es war ein Genuß die Küche zu benutzen zum einen weil sie, wie die gesamte Wohnung sehr sehr sauber war, zum anderen weil wir mit den besten Zutaten, wie frischen Kastanien, Salaten, Obst und Gemüse vom Markt eindecken konnten. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen, hoffen aber, daß wir, wenn es uns vergönnt ist, sie nochmal mieten können. Vielen Dank Annamaria und Guiseppe. Ciau von Christine und Günter

abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura i primi di ottobre. posizione fantastica, alloggio confortevolissimo, vicinissimo al centro di Forio e ai principali servizi. Anna è gradevolissima e molto cordiale. Vacanza indimenticabile su tutti i fronti.

La vacanza perfetta

La villettalucia e un posto bellissimo tutto decorato in verde come tutta Ischia. Abbiamo trascorso 11 indimenticabili giorni girando la isola. Due appartamenti che abbiamo affitatto erano in perfette condizioni sotto tutti aspetti. La postazione e molto buona, 10 min. a piedi per arrivare al centro di Forio, la fermata del pullman e a 100 metri. Siamo stati benissimo da Annamaria, una persona cordiale e accogliente. Speriamo di ritonarci.

La casa è molto carina funzionale e pulita

Siamo stati ospiti di Anna per un periodo di due settimane.L 'appartamento che ci ha ospitato é un grazioso monolocale pulito funzionale e confortevole,immerso in un bel giardino lussureggiante dai colori incredibili.La casa si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Forio e vicinissima ad una delle spiagge più bella di Ischia.Si gode di un ottimo panorama con dei tramonti spettacolari e soprattutto Anna e tutta la sua famiglia sono sempre disponibili per suggerimenti che fanno si che la vacanza sia indimenticabile.Ischia é un isola che merita di essere vista e vissuta e noi sicuramente ci torneremo ma soprattutto torneremo ospiti di Anna perché la sua location e la sua ospitalità meritano più di cinque stelle!!!!

FANTASTICO!!!!

Posto favoloso!!!Ambiente pulito, organizzato e ben strutturato...i proprietari ci hanno accolto calorosamente e sono sempre stati gentili e disponibilissimi per ogni nostra domanda indirizzandoci anche alle attrattive offerte dall'isola. La proprietà, attorniata da grandi piante verdi e da coloratissimi fiori di ogni genere, è dotata di ogni confort e accessoriata per poter passare una vacanza al top e al massimo del relax!!!Noi abbiamo fatto 7 ore di macchina e una di traghetto per arrivare a Forio, ma ne è valsa la pena!Se un giorno riusciremo a tornare a Ischia, soggiorneremo sicuramente ancora a Villa Lucia!!!Consigliato a tutti!!Luana e Marco

Appena rientrata a casa ... che dire vacanza STUPENDA! Parto col dire che la proprietaria è molto gentile e simpatica è molto piacevole chiacchierare con lei ( e quando vai in vacanza da qualche parte l'ospitalità è la prima cosa) e lei è molto ospitale , Appartamenti tutti bellissimi , posizione del residence davvero molto comodo ci si arriva in centro (forio) in soli 5 minuti , fermata del bus a due passi !!! monolocale trovato in perfette condizioni ,ben arredato ,pulito. vi dico solo che io e il mio ragazzo dovevamo rimanere 5 giorni ma siamo rimasti 10 giorni ! hahaha troppo troppo bello ! che diree NUMBER ONE CONSIGLIATISSIMO !!! Per chi vuole passare una vacanza perfetta andate tutti a villettalucia! UN BACIO DA VALENTINA&UMBERTO !!! E SICURAMENTE ALLA PROSSIMA ! ORMAI CLIENTI FISSI ;)
