A stunning three-bedroom home from home with private garden and free on-street parking in a great location for easy access to Cambridge City Centre, Cambridge train station, and Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

Furnished to a luxury standard, Butterfly Retreat is a stylish, clean and bright 3- bedroom property sleeping up to 5 guests. The perfect retreat for families and friends visiting Cambridge or for guests working in the area.

The beautiful lounge is the perfect space for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or a hard day at work. There is a 40-inch Smart HD TV together with high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi to enjoy watching your favourite films and shows on Netflix. A separate dining room is located next to the kitchen for you to enjoy delicious meals.

Leading off the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. The kitchen comes with a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, and a range of cooking utensils. The kitchen leads to a peaceful garden area with outdoor furniture to enjoy during those warmer days. The downstairs family bathroom comes with a bath, shower (over the bath) and separate WC. Bath and hand towels are available for use.

Upstairs are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a luxury super king bed which can be changed into two single beds on request. The 2nd bedroom is a twin (two singles) and the 3rd bedroom is a single.

The property is located in the delightful Cherry Hinton area on a quiet residential road just a 6-min drive / 25-min walk to the historic Cambridge city centre with lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. Cambridge train station is a short 6-min drive / 20-min walk and Addenbrooke’s hospital is a 5-min drive away / 23-min walk away.

A very nice house

The house is perfect for a family vacation in Cambridge. The house has everything you need and it is only a walk away from centrum. The host is very helpfull and serviceminded. We’ll go back if we are visiting Cambridge again.
