Set in a private development with communal, and access is done very easily and there is plenty of parking at hand.
Inside the apartment comprises a living room with dinning table and kitchen, balcony,1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, and 1 bedroom with double-sized bed.
The living room has a sofa-bed for one extra guest, so the apartment sleeps a total of 3.
