Semi-detached house with private garden, private parking area and private pool 500 meters from Las Marinas beach (5 minute walk)
Semi-detached house with two floors, 150 meters, with a 150-meters of garden. It consists of 3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed, and two doubles), 3 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, open kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron.
Two bathrooms have a shower and the other has a bathtub. There is a bathroom on the ground floor, and the other two are on the first floor.
Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room. Natural oak wood floors, lots of light, mosquito nets on all windows.
Books to read and games for children, ideal for families who want to enjoy the beach and the tranquility and privacy with the family.< br>
Washing machine, dryer, oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, television, wifi.
Outside shower by the pool. Plunge pool, garden with 2 sun loungers, a table and 4 garden chairs. Chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach.
