This property is simply as described, exceptionally presented and occupies the top two floors of a block with an enormous split level private decked terrace with integral BBQ. A large modern kitchen with Silestone tops provides cooking for connoisseurs with a 90cm cooker and American style double fridge (with unlimited ice and filtered water).
A washing machine is provided for your convenience. All of the 3 large double bedrooms have A/C. Two separate bathrooms are finished in beautiful travertino marble and have expensive Italian fixtures and fitting. The lounge has a huge sofa and open fire. No fewer than four swimming pools are laid out in the private tropical gardens and a tennis court is available at no charge.
FREE unlimited Wifi and Internet is provided exclusively for the property and guests.
An off street secure parking space is provided for your convenience. This property is across the road from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Denia is desirable, safe, clean and cosmopolitan ancient fishing village remaining typically Spanish and unspoilt.

New Mitsubishi A/C units are remotely controlled in all rooms. The apartment is fully heated by under floor heating and of course the open fire. A/C is included in the rental rates throughout the year. Heating is charged in the winter months only.

Rates are easy to understand. We simply have a high season (Summer), low season (Spring) and off season. Public holidays are Easter, Christmas & New Year are seperate rates. The property has an excellent location being located close to the beach and center of town. The large Mediterranean gardens have four swimming pools reserved exclusively for guests and the views from the terraces are endless across both the sea and mountains.

What makes this property unique
This is my private apartment reserved for both family and friends. I have had so many happy memories staying here and rent the property only a few weeks a year to help cover the costs of maintenance. The standard of accommodation and quality of finish is far beyond what is considered normal for a rental. It is finished exactly as described (if not better) and all the photos are both true and current. You will be very comfortable indeed.
