Klitgaarden, where the new and the old join hands, is attractively situated at Henne Strand with only a 10-minute walk to both the beach and the vibrant city life with lots of stores, restaurants and cafes.
The house has a 90 m2 big, newly renovated common dining room with adjoining industrial kitchen.
Also adjoining the dining room is the small nostalgic “Whiskey living room”, where time has stopped, and where there is a rich possibility to enjoy an evening drink together with family, friends or maybe just a good book in front of the fireplace.
On the first floor the whole family can join together and there is access to the north-west facing balcony, displaying spectacular sunsets and picturesque wives of the exciting summerhouse area.
After working out in the fitness area, or a hike in the beautiful nature, it is time to indulge both body and soul in sauna and steam bath, or to enjoy a gentle massage of all muscles in the outdoor whirlpool under a beautiful starry sky.
The sleeping places are situated in 17 rooms: 13 double rooms and 4 single rooms. The rooms are a mix of old and new rooms, so there are 7 shared bathrooms and 4 private ones. Almost all the old rooms have their own washbasin in the room.
There is a large contiguous, furnished terrace around the house.
In the adjoining annex, it is possible to rent 5 additional en suite double rooms with a small tee-kitchen, and another house with 3 rooms for 8+2 people, so the total sleeping capacity in Klitgaarden is 50 persons.
Klitgaarden is not rented out for youth groups.
