This is a very tiny first floor flat on a quiet block of Laterano in a secure building - proximity to Colosseum area was nice (but so crowded with tourists in summer). There is a close-off bedroom with double bed & a pull out couch bed in living area (good for 2 children), but then minimal navigable living space. Flat was surface very clean upon arrival (but tons of mold in shower and bathroom sink in closer look) and has new dishwasher & washing machine in lovely green kitchen, which were nice amenities to have. Flat was well stocked with many dishes, pots, etc, but is also terribly cluttered with odd knickknacks & too many chairs for a very small space. The flat was stocked with minimal soap & virtually no kitchen essentials. Our biggest issue was the lack of hot water x 5 days - shower was sufficient for 7-8 minutes with hot water, then quickly ran lukewarm & then ice cold. There is a metal ladder stored in the bathroom with cleaning items hidden behind a curtain that was just weird & a constant tripping hazard. I was also quite unhappy to be charged upon arrival €70 in cash payment only for either cleaning payment or linens when the listing said linens included. Managers Ludovico & Lucrezia were very responsive via WhatsApp when the power blew and helped us to locate the circuit breaker hidden behind prints on the wall. We had to text them to meet us at the flat upon arrival to hand off keys, and they were very pleasant & communicative.
