Seafeathers - Luxury Holiday Home with Sea Views
Situated in an exclusive location, just a short walk to the nearby Overcome beach, this stunning coastal holiday home is a very rare find! The newly refurbished holiday home offers inside out living, with an open plan living area full of light from the trifold doors on one side, and patio doors to the enclosed rear garden on the other. There are two stylish bedrooms, along with two bathrooms. Driveway parking for one car, along with further free on street parking. Pets welcome!
Relax and unwind at Seafeathers, a recently renovated holiday home in the sought after location of Preston, Weymouth. With a couple of steps up to the front door, once inside it is all on one level. The main living space is light and airy, making you feel uplifted as you enter. The living room benefits from large trifold doors, which lead out to a decking with glass surround and comfortable seating with cushions. From the decking you can see over to Portland. The kitchen is modern and well quipped, with a sociable kitchen island and breakfast bar stools along with a dining table for more formal dining. There is also a quiet reading area and patio doors out to the enclosed garden at the rear of the property.
The bedrooms are modern and comfortable, with large king size beds and smart TV's in each room. The master bedroom at the back of the house, benefits from it's own en-suite shower room whilst the bedroom at the front of the house, has use of the family bathroom in the hallway. The second bedroom has a luxurious super king size bed, which can be set as two single beds on request. (please request this at the time of booking).
There is driveway parking for one car, along with ample unrestricted on street parking for further vehicles.
You can walk to the popular Overcome beach, with beach café and convenience store in less than 5 minutes. To walk into Weymouth town centre would take around half an hour, the buses are regular and reliable from the end of the road too.
The Victorian seaside town of Weymouth is a popular choice with guests coming to the area due to it's stunning sweeping bay, with sandy beach and shallow warm waters. The harbour is a firm favourite, with an eclectic mix of independent restaurants, coffee shops and galleries. Weymouth town is home to a cineworld cinema, along with a select range of home and clothes shops and coffee shops for a pit stop.
Further afield is Dorchester, with twice weekly market. Brewery Square is a popular place to visit, with chain restaurants, independent clothing and homeware shops and an odeon cinema.
Please note, the property is all on one level once inside but there are steps up to the front door, with a handrail.
