This home consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with breakfast bar and a sitting area, as well as a living/dining room with dining seating for six guests and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a cloakroom and a bathroom. Outside there is a private front garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and within 0.7 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 4 Green Farm Cottage is a fantastic option for your next Cheshire escape. Note: There is a step down into the twin bedroom on the first floor, please take care. Note: The staircase is quite steep, please use the handrail provided.

Town: Just four miles separate the little community of Saughall from Chester's city centre. The Domesday Book mentions the settlement, which today is home to a few stores and taverns. Chester is easily reachable by vehicle or bus and offers a lot of attractions for tourists, including fantastic shopping in and around the well-known Tudor "Rows" and delightful strolls along the Roman Walls, beside the River Dee, and through the gorgeous Grosvenor Park. Visit Chester Racecourse, the city's stunning mediaeval cathedral, or the famed Chester Zoo for the day. The A55 and M56 are both close by, providing Saughall a great touring base for seeing the local area. It is also located close to a fantastic road network. Short drives will take you to the breathtaking Welsh mountains and coastline, the charming market towns and villages of Cheshire, and the Wirral Peninsula with its world-class golf courses.
