Wake up! You are not dreaming, but the house is a dream!
This picturesque house is located in a street of old fishermen's houses in Cascais, with a superb view of the Ocean, the beaches, the marina and the bay of Costa do Estoril.
The house is located in the historic center of Cascais, 130m walk from the beaches and the train station, 80m from shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The area is very quiet, as it is a pedestrian street and for residents only.
When you enter the house, you will find a modern kitchen fully equipped with crockery and cutlery, fridge with freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and mixer. There is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron.
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining area with table and chairs.
The living room is spacious and very bright, extremely comfortable and well decorated. There is LCD TV with international channels and WI-FI internet connection.
The living room gives access to the terrace. The terrace is wonderful. With a dining table and chairs, you can enjoy a meal with the best view you can imagine. It also has two sun loungers, where you can have a drink, read a book or simply relax.
The bedroom and bathroom are on the mezzanine. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer are available.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and simple and comfortable furniture. Bed linen and towels are included.
The sea will accompany you in your dreams, as it will be the first sight you will have in the morning. It couldn't be more relaxing and romantic.
The house does not allow children, as the terrace area can be dangerous for the little ones, for security reasons we cannot accept. If the two guests wish to sleep in separate beds, the sofa bed in the living room can be used, but no more than two guests are allowed.
The house is air conditioned for total comfort all year round.

House rules:
• For security reasons, children are not allowed;
• Smoking is not allowed;
• Pets are not allowed without prior authorization;
• The house is not prepared for people with disabilities or disabilities;
• No noise allowed in the house after 22:00;
• Take out trash and turn off lights and equipment when not in use.
• It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - €100:
• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention
• Forgetting the keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - 25 €
• At check-in, a manual will be delivered, follow the rules in it.

Check-in – Between 4 pm and 8 pm; before 4 pm only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; Late check-in after 24h will cost €50.
Check-out – Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; early check-out before 8am will cost €30.

Cascais City Tax:
Cascais City Council charges a fee of 2€ per night per person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14€ per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.

Extras:
Transfer from / to airport / apartment: €55 up to 4 people.

Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;

Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include various services from booking recreational or sports activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.

Security Deposit: 200 Euros per booking; they will be refunded if the apartment is in the same conditions in which the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the apartment or any of its furniture or equipment.
