Spacious Home in Vila Nova de Gaia

This house is unique as it brings you extremely close to the city but allows you the feeling of being in the countryside. It is situated halfway between the city of Porto and Gaia's stunning beaches. It is near all major shopping malls, supermarkets, and local shops. It also offers a large outdoor living space with a large newly built barbecue. Enjoy spilling out into the kitchen terrace, overlooking a marvellous Portuguese Eucalyptus wood. The house also offers safe and free parking.

The municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia has just released a new tax (city tax), which charges €2,5 per person, per night. It applies to guests with an age equal or above 16, and for a maximum of 7 nights.

The comfortable, uncluttered living room has a real wood fireplace (not needed in the summer but very cosy at other times of the year). It also contains a grand piano and a stunning bookcase.

The barbecue area, with a large pizza oven, is a spacious, private and welcoming outdoor living space, and it can be used all year round. Enjoy barbecuing fresh fish from a local market, eating a freshly baked pizza or even a traditional Sunday roast!

I have a beautiful lemon tree, and you are welcome to use lemons for seasoning fish and salads or for making refreshing drinks!

This lovely house is ideal for a large family or two, three, four (or even five!) couples travelling together.

Very beautiful house with 5bed rooms, the loft is a fun place for kids. The back of the house is grove, quite and peaceful. Owner replied all my questions instantly, best experience!

Beautiful home located halfway between Porto city centre and Gaia's beautiful beaches. Ideal for a large family or two, three, four (or even five!) couples travelling together. If you like being very close to the city centre but want to enjoy the peace of the countryside, this is the house for you.
