Villa Il Platano, a two-family home with a private garden on the waterfront, across from Bagno Bertelli.
The ground floor of the two-family villa, with a separate entrance, is available to guests. It opens onto the garden and consists of a living room with sofas and a TV; a dining room with a large table; 3 bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms and a half-bath; and a kitchen with a dishwasher and oven.
The laundry room is located outside, just off the kitchen.
In the garden, but separate from the main house, there is a “guest house” with a double bedroom and a third bed, an en suite bathroom, and air conditioning. Note: For reservations of up to 6 people, the annex is not included in the price. It is available for an additional cost of 100€ per night.
Bicycles are available for guests.
You can park your car on the private driveway.
A ping-pong table is available for guests.
