The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a large house immersed in the greenery of Sardinia. It is located in Capo Comino just 4 minutes by car from the sea, the dunes and crystal clear water.
The outdoor area for exclusive use is very large and equipped for summer evenings.
The apartment has a complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven and a sofa bed in the living room, a large double bedroom, with the possibility of inserting a cot. A comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower.
The apartment has a large patio where you can relax in the shade and read a book on the deck chairs while feeling completely immersed in nature.
