The main/master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the 2 remaining rooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed (s), comfortable for sleeping 6 people. The spacious living room is furnished with a couch, a love seat, as well as two club chairs with ottoman. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a side by side refrigerator, electric stove and oven, and microwave along with an extra refrigerator for extra storage. Washer and dryers are also available for your convenience. Situated on one acre on the Nueces River, guests can enjoy an afternoon of relaxation on the 1700 square foot deck as well as floating the river or simply enjoying the dug out slew.

Great family river trip

Good location along the Nueces River. Owner was very responsive, & made checking in & leaving easy. Great for off the beaten path adventures.

Spent fathers day weekend out here it was beautiful and peaceful

House is wonderful the owner is super sweet..my kids loved the river in the back yard water was so refreshing! House and rooms are very comfortable kitchen is bid patio is huge we definitly book again !
