Stunning Barn Conversion with PRIVATE POOL!!

Ideally located close to all the main sightseeing attractions of Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Montignac, Périgueux, Beynac and Domme, our beautiful converted barn comprises three independent properties, each tastefully renovated to a very high standard.

Each property is fully independent and has its own private pool, with beautiful views overlooking the picturesque village of Plazac and its charming 17th-century church. With its peaceful setting, beautiful views and convenient location, it makes a wonderful base for exploring the Dordogne.

**Your private space**

This property has its own private pool and private sunbathing area, exclusively for the use of its guests.

Inside, you’ll find a fully fitted kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The spacious living area includes a dining area with seating for four people and two large double doors opening onto the terrace.

There is one comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and dressing table.

**Shared spaces**

Access to each property is via a large shared terrace, which is enjoyed by guests from all three properties. The three private pools and their surrounding sunbathing areas are located on the lower terrace, with each pool reserved exclusively for the guests of its respective property.

Please note that the property is not suitable for babies or children.

For guests bringing bikes, cycling routes recognised by the French Cycling Federation start directly from our car park, making it easy to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside by bike.
