Spacious and modern apartment located on "Dunfermline Street, Valmangude Garden, Albufeira", between the old town and the new town. Elegant and well-decorated, this apartment offers comfort for your holiday in the Algarve.



With capacity for 2 people, the apartment includes 1 bright bedroom with a double bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, coffee machine, toaster and other essential utensils. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, as well as free Wi-Fi, are available. Ideal for relaxing, this accommodation is close to all essential amenities and is perfect for a revitalising sun retreat.



The spacious living/dining room offers a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as an inviting balcony with outdoor furniture for meals and sunbathing. Outside the apartment, the common garden offers an attractive swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a green area with a children's space, perfect for family moments.

We do not provide private parking but you can easily find parking near the building, subject to availability.

The host provided a very helpful guide with all instructions and information needed for our stay. They were also quick to respond to any questions. Free parking is available on the property.

5th to 11th July 2024. 2 adults. Exceeded expectations. Spotless clean, beautiful fresh smelling, modern 1 bedroom apartment. All mod cons, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. Large flatscreen TVs in living room and bedroom, dining table with 4 chairs, island unit with high stools. Small west facing balcony (evening sunshine only). Lovely quiet peaceful pool area with sun loungers, very relaxing. Within an easy safe nice walking distance (10/15 mins) to New town and Old town. Fantastic communication and clear instructions from Home Holidays. A bit pricey in July for 2 people but would be great value for 3 peoplefamily with 2 small children.

Die Wohnung ist groß, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Alles ist noch neu und gepflegt. In die Stadt ist es ein Fußweg von ca. 30 Minuten, wenn man abends ausgehen möchte ist die Partymeile The Strip nicht weit entfernt. Dennoch ist es bis auf vorbei fahrende Autos recht ruhig in der Wohnung. Der Blick in den Garten mit Pool ist toll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen. .
