The apartment features a comfortable double bedroom and a modern bathroom with shower, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals easily and enjoy them in comfort.



Outside, the condominium offers a refreshing pool, a bar, and a fully equipped gym, creating an ideal setting for leisure and well-being.



Located just a few minutes by car from Praia da Oura and close to restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, the Milos Apartment allows easy access to the best that the Algarve has to offer.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please gather all used towels in one place, such as in the bathroom or near the washing machine. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €300 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Great comfort and excellent facilities

The house is wonderful, very bright and well-equipped. The bedroom is very comfortable, and we loved the modern shower. Having a bar and a pool within the condominium made our afternoons very relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring nearby beaches like Praia da Oura. Sophisticated and peaceful retreat

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces like the private terrace were amazing for enjoying the sea view. Exceeded my expectations

It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for a couple or a solo traveler. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the living area was bright and comfortable. The highlight was definitely the private terrace with its stunning sea view, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. I had a wonderful stay at Apartment Milos! The location is excellent, just a short drive from beautiful beaches and within easy reach of supermarkets and restaurants.
