Good place and friendly host

Nice big appartment. Very friendly owner and flexible! Good location, we like waking and it was nice to walk to the old town 15-20 minutes. New town (strip) very close by.

A large, clean and airy appartment, close to the beach , the strip, and old town. The complex has it's oun pool, but be aware, there were no sun loungers as time of writing. A very enjoyable stay with plenty to do. Recommend.

Beautiful Accommodation

Our flight was very early in the morning for the 4pm checkin, but David accomodated us by taking our luggage and stored in a safe place, he let us know when the cleaners had finished so we could move into the apartment, this again was before the allocated time. Great start to our Vacation. The apartment was really beautiful, light and airy, more than enough room for the two of us. The kitchen was good, well equipped with a fridge, Washing machine, Dishwasher and hob, coffee machines and a microwave oven, kettle, and enough crockery and glassware, plus cuttlery. We ate out most of the time, but breakfast on the balcony was a treat, fresh fruit and coffee with lots of sun. Would certainly recommend David for this stay, although he just might consider a hair dryer for the ladies. The pool area was really peaceful and certainly a good size, one thing, there were no loungers available, but a mat and a towel made do. I would say that the location was right in the middle of the old and new town area of Albufuera. The property was on the second floor, and there were a few hills, making it not really suitable for someone with a disability. Parking was good if renting a car. Safe for families with children as it is a gated community. The beach was very close, and the amenities plenty. Enjoyed my stay very much, would defiantly recommend David and his apartment.

L'appartement choisi n'étant pas disponible pour cause de travaux de climatisation semble-t-il, une fois sur place il nous a été proposé un autre appartement. Ce dernier sans luxe particulier, nécessitant quelques rénovations n'avait pas de vue si ce n'est d'un côté sur les parkings et de l'autre sur une rue assez passante. Pas d'internet dans l'appartement. Propriétaire affable.

O apartamento é muito bom, a localização é fantástica. Gostei de poder fazer tudo a pé. Os dias que estive no apartamento não precisei de utilizar o carro para quase nada. O senhorio foi extremamente acolhedor, simpático e prestável. Recomendo. 5 estrelas.

Perfekter Urlaub in hervorragender Lage

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer super Lage in Albufeira. Zum Strip wo es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum feiern und zu Essen gibt, sind es nur 5 Gehminuten. Old Town ist fußläufig in 15min zu erreichen. Strände und Supermärke sind ebenfalls in 5min zu erreichen. Wir haben den Oura Beach bevorzugt. Der Gastgeber "David Antonio" ist ein sehr netter Vermieter der schon vorm Apartment auf uns gewartet hat. Er zeigte uns das Apartment und gab uns nützliche Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub an der Algarve. Zum Apartment selbst: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2Stock an einer Hauptstraße, was aber nicht als störend empfunden haben.( Sehr Zentral!) Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch , Küche sowie einem Bad. In der Küche und im Wohnzimmer ist jeweils ein Balkon. Die Balkone sind aber sehr schmal. Das Apartment war sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool befindet sich nicht direkt am Haus sondern in einer Nebenstraße hinterm Haus. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool in einer Wohnanlage. Wir haben den Pool nur einmal nur genutzt da genug schöne Strände in der Nähe sind. Wir würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe appartement propre et soigné draps et linge de maison fournis, Bien équipé .résidence bien entretenue une belle et grande piscine pour adultes et une petite pour enfants. De très belles plages à 5 minutes à pied. Parking et un garage en sous-sol sol. Commerce et restaurants à proximité, ambiance festive. Je le recommande.

Superbe appartement propre et soigné, draps et linge de maison fournis. Résidence bien entretenue avec une superbe piscine pour adultes et petite piscine pour enfants. De très belles plages à 5 minutes à pieds. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Ambiance festive. Je le recommande.
