Central and very nice accommodation close to swimming and beach promenade. Welcome to this pleasant and centrally located villa in a quiet and family-friendly environment. Here you are met by nice generous spaces both indoors and on the villa's terrace and glazed outdoor areas. The villa is within perfect walking distance to the city's range of restaurants, market stalls, shopping, boating, music and much more. You are just as close to Pinneviken's fine bathing area and Stångehuvud's nature reserve, known for its special light, which has made the area well-visited by photographers, among others. It is also just as close to the Norra hamn area's popular beach promenade with restaurants and nice vantage points over the sea and sunset. Via a staircase you reach the entrance floor of the villa. On the inside, you are greeted by a welcoming hall that transitions into a kitchen with a dining area as well as a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. On the first floor there is also a living room with a nice large sofa and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet. From the hall a staircase leads up to the second floor, first you are met by a hall with an exit to a small balcony, then there are 4 bedrooms of which 2 rooms have double beds and the other two single beds, a large nice bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and washing machine. From the kitchen area you come out to the "heart of the villa", a large nice and cozy glazed conservatory with a lounge group, dining group and a grill, via the conservatory's sliding doors you come out on to a patio area with summer furniture. Generous surfaces perfect for pleasant moments in the company of good friends with barbecues, good meals and something good to drink or a moment of summer rest in the sun or shade together with a good book. The villa has a fiber connection. Good to know: Youth groups are not allowed The homeowner sometimes sleeps in the apartment in the basement. Lysekil, which is popularly known as "The City by the Sea", is located at the far end of the sea belt. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us on hikes on nature reserves and paths with fine smooth red granite rocks that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts with famous artists, sing-alongs in the park, etc. are offered. Several nice shops with a selection for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to ride the small train around Lysekil, during the trip you also get a bit of history about Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the jetty and on a fine summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip across to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and wander the winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's sea shacks and captain's villas. For those interested in golf, the club can be swung on Holma's fine 18-hole course. Welcome to one of Bohuslän's gems on the west coast!
