Since it is our home-owners primary property, a lot of time and effort has gone in to creating living spaces with attention to every little detail whilst it simultaneously contains all the amenities you can come to expect from a genuine home.

The accommodation is comprised of 2 bedrooms which of 1 is en-suite, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, the incredibly sunlit living room, and two terraces featuring retractable awnings.
The smaller of the two terraces, located adjacent to the kitchen and accessible from one of the bedrooms, has sun coverage until noon and is the ideal place for a morning coffee whilst overlooking the marvellous surrounding green areas with Loulé hills in the horizon.
The second terrace, accessible from both the living room and en-suite bedroom, is as big as a 2-bedroom apartment just by itself and has everything from a barbecue area to a cocktail corner.
With a sun orientation facing south, this outdoor space provides with an ideal sun exposure throughout the whole day as well as a first-row seat to the magical Algarvean sunsets.
