Superb cottage 4 stars completely renovated, with air-conditioned rooms, WIFI, on 5000m ² of land located in a hamlet 5km from Villeneuve d'Aveyron. Cottage composed in the R of C: Fully equipped kitchen (V dishwasher, fridge / freezer l 10l, Microwave, Electric plate, toaster, fondue and raclette, electric grill, electric kettle. Lounge (TV, HIFI system with DVD player, CD, audio and IPOD and USB, various board games. Cellar (Washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board). Toilet. Floor: 2 bedrooms with 160 beds 1 bedroom with 1 pull-out bed (2x80) and mezzanine with 1 bed 90. 1 mezzanine with bed 90. Shower room with Italian shower and 2 sinks (hair dryer, towel dryer) separate toilet. Garage. Large covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing (with cushions, game of petanque, Badminton set. Service included: beds made on arrival, dish cloths and hands, BB material (high chair, cot with full bedding, changing mat, BB bath), electricity consumption 8kw / d included, exceeding your charge. Paying on request:, table linen, bathroom linen, cleaning of departure. . . No pets allowed. . Rent 450 to 700 / week.

Séjour au calme

Le gîte est très agréable et spacieux La indications données par M. Laurens etaient précises et utiles. La région autour du gîte est magnifique et riche en activités.

Ein Ferienhaus zum Entspannen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Villeneuve sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus war mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der riesige Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein: Liegestühle und viele Gartenspiele sind vorhanden. Das Essen, Quatschen und Spielen auf der Terrasse haben wir genossen! Die Gastgeber sind super nett, haben immer ausgeholfen und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Gegend ist für Familien und Paare gleichermaßen geeignet: Kanufahren mit Rapids, viele Burgen und Schlösser, Weinbaugebiet mit Möglichkeit zur Weinprobe, kulinarische Highlights, Brocante, Museen etc. Bewertung insgesamt: Einfach nur super: 5 Sterne!!

Wir haben es genossen

Ausser den Stechfliegen und Mücken, welche uns öfters gestochen haben, konnten wir unsere Ferien geniessen. Insbesonders das grosse Stück Land zum Pétanque spielen. Haben Touren mit dem eBike unternommen und einige Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigt. Die Märkte: Sonntag Villeneuve, Donnerstag Villefranche, haben wir zum Einkauf regionaler Produkte genossen. Mit dem Essen in den Restaurants waren wir nicht so zufrieden, haben daher oft selber gekocht und dabei den Grill benutzt.

Un gite tout confort ...

Un accueil irréprochable, des propriétaires très attentionnés, un gite tout confort, tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour un séjour parfait. Entre amis, en famille, en couple, n'hésitez pas, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à quelques kilomètres pour satisfaire vos besoins. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.
