In the center of the characteristic village of Brenzone is Casa Giovanna, a large and bright apartment that has been completely renovated and newly furnished.
All services and beaches are within walking distance and do not require the use of a car.
The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with a sofa/bed for two adults and a dining table, a kitchen in a separate room, a bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room washing machine.
A large terrace overlooking the lake, where you can have lunch, completes the property.
The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.
No type of drinks or food or consumables are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).
Check-in is from 16.00pm to 20.00pm. For late check-in a fee of 30.00 Euros is required, to be paid on arrival.
Check-out is before 10:00am.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
