On the first floor, you’ll find five bedrooms with a range of beds to sleep up to ten guests suited to adults and children. From the windows, you have views of the surrounding farmland and fields and the garden at the rear. All bedrooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds hanging space, storage, and beamed ceilings. There’s a shower room too. Downstairs is where the fun begins, the piano bar comes with cool neon lights and a pool table where you can challenge your friends while sipping a cocktail. There’s a large family room to sleep up to four guests in a double and two singles. Leading to a conservatory with views of the garden and direct access to the hot tub. There’s a family bathroom with Jack and Jill doors, one from the family bedroom and the other side to the hallway. The showstopper is the huge open-plan living room/kitchen/diner. The perfect space to spend time with loved ones. Firstly, wow, what a view! With floor-to-ceiling glass on two sides, these bi-fold doors open to the garden and decking where you’ll find garden furniture, great views, and the hot tub for a dip after a day of adventure. The kitchen features an aga and all the mod cons, there’s a utility with additional appliances and a boot room, and a separate walk-in shower. This house is full of surprises. This cosy property features underfloor heating on the ground floor and plenty of easy seating where you can relax and enjoy the large screen Smart TV to round off the day with a drink in hand, surrounded by your favourite people. Nestled in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside, Blaithwaite Estate is surrounded by 80 acres of estate grounds made up of thirty acres of gardens and grounds and 50 acres of woodland. Guests can enjoy the old courtyard with access to the beautiful orchard, miniature golf, and garden chess set.
The estate has two play areas, mini-golf, football fields, woodland walks, and laser tag is available (must be pre-booked). The woodland is made up of rare specialist trees and fascinating wetlands which you can explore for hours in peace. If you fancy exploring the area, the estate is set midway between Keswick and Carlisle where you can find a great range of shops, restaurants, and bars, plus museums and activities to suit a wide range of tastes and interests.
