This four-storey home has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV and DVD player, and a first-floor snug with Smart TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double bedroom with en-suites, a twin and a super king-size (zip/link, can be twin upon request) with en-suites, and a further king-size and 2ft 6in twin room, serviced by a bathroom and separate shower room. Outside there is a front terraced garden with furniture, an enclosed rear garden with furniture, bike storage, and unallocated roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.3, River Greta in 1.5 miles, and Derwentwater in 2 miles. For a large base for a family getaway to Cumbria, book Squirrel Lodge. Note: There are steps to the exterior; please take care. Please note: bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be a minimum of 4 nights and the owner cannot accommodate check in on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day
