Close to Centennial Trail, Sanders Beach, Downtown Shopping, McCuen Park, City Beach and the famous CDA Resort! Wanting to get out of the city and close to nature? No problem! This centrally located home is only miles from the many lakes, hiking trails and biking trails in gorgeous Northern Idaho! Year-round adventures await you...Ski at one of the nearby resorts, kayak in one of the glacier lakes, enjoy swimming and thrill rides at Silverwood Theme Park. Great Location - Comfortable Home

Great location in a comfortable home - enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and very walkable to good restaurants, downtown and Tubbs Hill. The Kitchen is also very well stocked.

Clean, Comfortable, and Cozy

I was in CDA for a 5-night stay, to visit family who live there. The house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I appreciated that it is a house with a no pet policy, as it is cleaner that way. And the kitchen is very well stocked with a wide range of necessary items for cooking. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. And there was plenty of extra linens, and towels. The photos in the online listing are outdated, as the LR furniture has been updated, so that is the only reason for the 4-star rating for the listing accuracy. My only suggestion is the yard needs a complete cleaning and some additional TLC, and a new BBQ, to really shine. The location of the house is convenient to downtown. The neighborhood is older. Overall though, it was a perfect choice for my visit to CDA.

Wonderful Place, Perfect Location

We enjoyed the house very much and the location was perfect to the centennial trail, walks in the neighborhood or a quick trip downtown.

Clean, Lovely Cottage - Walk everywhere!

Wow! Had a wonderful stay. Just dreamy! We walked from the house to Sanders Beach, Tubbs Hill and downtown. We drove to the boardwalk (easily could have walked) and enjoyed the park and boardwalk. Accommodations were absolutely perfect - clean with everything you need except the groceries! We had great weather and enjoyed reading, visiting on the front porch and the back porch as well. Great communication from Kim. Easy check in. Hope it’s available next time we visit.

Great spot for families!

We were very happy with our stay at this home. It was the most low-key and low-stress visit to a vacation rental, and we've been to many. A family of 4 is ideal, but I think with the rollaway bunks, 6 would be just fine! Thanks Kim and Kevin for sharing this spot with our family. We hope to come back to visit!
